I work with organizations to create curriculum, workshops and meeting agendas using a popular education approach.  Popular education is a participant-centered process that creates collective learning for social change.  

I ground my facilitation in honoring and building upon participants' lived experiences.  I can support workshop and meeting facilitators to cultivate spaces that are inclusive, participatory, creative, and effective.

I can provide training on core Community Health Worker (CHW) roles, skills, and abilities.  I have trained over 450 CHWs for state certification in Oregon and co-created state approved CHW training curriculum.  

I can support your staff and volunteers to better understand how Whiteness and White privilege show up in organizations and how to practice anti-racism, equity and cultural humility to work for liberation and transformation.

I  lead strategic planning processes with a popular education approach.  I can work with your organization to design spaces for community engagement and participation.
